I contracted Rod to come out and look at my Mitsubishi Units looking for the best and acknowledgeable as they come. My two units are no more than two years old. Unfortunately, I was initially charged $600 for a preventive maintenance on two of my units, only to be offered a preventive maintenance plan immediately afterward. Fine, ok, I still requested to sign up for a plan and also waited for two work project quotes (one for an additional return in my main bedroom and one for a pan to level out my air handler in my attic). After approximately one month later, no response. I reached out to Rod with a response of false promises: he is busy and will forward the requested contract and quotes as soon as possible. Another two weeks later, and no response. One would expect the best service from a company that only services Mitsubishi units. Don’t waste your time or effort with this company, unless you’re looking to throw your hard-earned money away.

Rod takes the extra time to get the job done right. He explains the details and thinks about the best result for the customer. He’s the opposite of penny-wise and pound foolish—he looks to the long-term solution that fits the need and gets the job done quickly and cleanly. No revolving cast of characters— you pay for HROD and you get HROD, a true professional.

Rod is great to work with! He quickly built an expanded replacement system for our unit that was beyond repair. He came to our home to measure each room and built out the right system for us. His removal of the old system and install of the new one was professional and thorough, and he and his crew were respectful of our home as well.
